Our team, your solution

ITV Appraisal was founded by industry veterans to leverage the collective experience in insurance valuation, project management, and capital asset management to bring customized solutions to meet the needs of the property insurance industry.

The founders each have more than 23 years experience of serving clients and managing a team of over one hundred appraisers and thousands of assignments each year and have been responsible for services to some of the largest property insurance underwriters and many of the world’s largest corporations and governmental entities.

Patrick Collins

  • Patrick earned his degree in business administration from St. Norbert College and has over 25 years of business development experience in the appraisal industry. Prior to launching ITV Appraisal, he worked for Industrial Appraisal Company and American Appraisal/Duff & Phelps/Kroll.

    Patrick has been responsible for setting up long term appraisal programs to multinational manufacturing companies, major insurance carriers, and large government risk pools.

    Patrick presents regularly to insurance professionals on the topic of managing statement of values and insurance appraisal best practices.

Bradley L. Schulz, ASA

  • He received a double major BA in economics and finance from the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign. With over 22 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge in valuation for both insurance and accounting (GASB 34) of buildings, land, land improvements, infrastructure, and machinery & equipment.

    Bradley previously worked for American Appraisal/Duff & Phelps/Kroll beginning in 2002 until 2024 as a Managing Director and national leader of the property insurance appraisal practice. 

    Bradley is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers; former member of their national Machinery & Technical Specialties (MTS) Committee and instructor of MTS POV courses.

Mark Bobber

  • Mark is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with a degree in Environmental Policy and Planning.  He has over 25 years of industry experience with extensive knowledge in both financial reporting and insurance valuations.

    Mark began his career with American Appraisal in 1997 and continued with Duff & Phelps/Kroll through 2024.  He was a managing director and North American leader of Kroll’s Fixed Asset Management and Insurance Solutions practice.  He was responsible for the execution of engagements, managing the 100+ consultants and business development team, and overall management of the practice.

Lisa Hu, ASA, PMP

  • She received a major BA in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago. With over 10 years of experience, she has extensive knowledge in valuation for insurance of buildings, land, land improvements, infrastructure, and machinery & equipment.

    She previously worked for American Appraisal/Duff & Phelps/Kroll beginning in 2015 until 2025 as a director of the property insurance appraisal practice.

    Lisa is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
